Do not waste matter your time on this game
I got banned recently after I had poured my eye out into the game (the ban was 2 days). I continuously checked to see if my ban was over and information technology said that "abnormal activity" had occurred during my ban, therefore my account had been banned permanently. At present after this happened I contacted their client support and it's been weeks and still haven't gotten an answer.
